We are very excited to introduce you to Chastin Bodnar. She is a married mama to 3 children. Once upon what feels like a lifetime ago, we actually worked together at the clothing store Off The Wall in Metropolis at Metrotown.
Are you an Urban or Suburban Mama, where do you live?
Suburban Mama, living in beautiful Langley!
Tell us about your children?
Clara (4) is sassy and silly; Daniel (2) is wild and adventurous; Mariana (3 months) is sweet, and officially sleeping through the night! *high five*!
Tell us about your typical weekday?
My typical weekday consists of taking the older kids to daycare, outings with my baby, cleaning, cooking, laundry…and did I mention laundry?
Do you have help?
We used to have a nanny. She was terrible, my oldest was scared of her the minute she walked in the room, she had nails so long she couldn’t even change the baby’s diaper, and then we later found out she was stealing from my home.
Who cooks dinner?
I do all the cooking. When it’s nice out, my husband does the grilling.
How often do you buy something just for you?
Hmm.. maybe every other month? Usually a cute top, or something from Sephora.
Do you exercise regularly and if so, what and how do you fit it in?
Not as often as I like. I like to think cleaning and errands make up for days I don’t haha.
What clothing lines or stores do you like to buy for your children?
I made big babies.. (my 2 oldest were 8.5lbs and my youngest was a little over 9lbs). I found Carter’s fit the best in terms of their height. I do frequent H&M and the Gap outlet as well!
I’m totally obsessed with…
Baby items! I love dressing up my little girl. …my second obsession is catch and cook shows on YouTube.
Three things in my purse right now are…
- Handful of reciepts
My favourite drugstore buy is…
Books on sale, or celebrity gossip magazines.
My guilty pleasure is…
When a friend introduces me to a show on Netflix, I end up binge watching the series #sorrynotsorry.
Thanks to Chastin Bodnar for taking the time out of her day to let us know “How Does She Do It.”
