Programs

Infants ( Seekers)
*Younger than 19 months*
Our infant programs focus on building meaningful relationships with our families. Infants learn a lot about the world around them through their senses, which is why exploration is critical to their development. Infants follow their own rhythms of feeding, sleeping and playtime. As they grow, we begin to incorporate more activities and exploration, like reading and singing to develop beginner literacy, language and sensory activities. Infants are exposed to developmentally appropriate activities in these key areas to help support social, emotional and cognitive growth.

Toddlers (Explorers)
*19 months – 3 years*
Toddlers are mobile and eager to explore their environment. As they strive for independence, our educators create a program that supports each child’s individuality. While executing the curriculum, our team prioritizes communication skills and connection with others to support the growth of toddlers in this important stage of development.
Toddlers follow a consistent routine, including activities like snack time and circle time with music, reading stories, poems, songs, nursery rhymes and engaging conversation. Linguistic skills are promoted by educators. Self-care skills are practiced, like cleaning up, potty training and encouraging regular nap time.
Pre-Schoolers (Pioneers)
*3 – 4 years*
Preschool children are excited to engage with the world around them and are eager to experiment with their emerging use of language. Preschooler age is the time to learn fundamental skills that will prepare them for Kindergarten and lay the groundwork for their skill development later in life.
Each day, our preschoolers follow a consistent routine, including snack time, free play, lunch time, bathroom and hygiene, and nap or quiet time. Educators follow our program plans that include group projects, art and science activities, scissor handling, storytelling and reading, name recognition, practicing letters and early writing skills, numbers, dates, shapes and talking about the weather. Educators will encourage friendships and caring for others and explore different ways to express feelings. Children are introduced to gardening, nature, using technology and more.

Kindergarten (Discoverers)
*4 – 6 years*
In our Kindergarten Program, children play an active role in their learning process. With teaching methods including Montessori, Flight, and Emergent, children are encouraged to become independent, responsible, and confident learners, developing a solid foundation for future success in school. We encourage and promote positive social interaction and develop the many tools necessary to ensure a positive transition to “big” school and a lifelong love of learning.
Each day children follow our curriculum, which includes lesson plans, small group art and science projects, reading, literacy and storytelling, writing practice, technology play, leadership, math, and free play. They will enhance their social skills of working together and build strong friendships. They explore more complex ideas and topics, like how things work, and participate in gardening, nature, and extra-curricular activities like music, dance and movement and children’s yoga.
Out of School Care (Inventors)
*6 to 12 years*
In our out of school care program, children learn the skills they need to become the leaders by exploring new ideas. Children follow the curriculum based on their own advanced interests. They enhance their social skills of working together and build strong relationships. They explore the complexity of ideas, like how things work by hands on experiences.
These early grades of your child’s schooling are truly an opportunity for them to shine! They learn, explore, reason, read, solve problems and develop lasting friendships! Through our capable educators, we provide guidance and security, with independent exploration. This gives your school-age child the freedom and structure they need at this time. Each week our educators, with input from the children, develop new, interesting, fun and educational projects to engage your child.
Bright Learners Daycare Curriculum

Bright Learners Daycare uses 3 main practices within their daycare including FLIGHT, EMERGENT, and Montessori. Here are some key details to each of these programs.
FLIGHT
Flight curriculum is designed to help children develop their innate dispositions to learn by creating responsive environments that promote exploration and discovery through play-based activities. The curriculum emphasizes the importance of relationships, continuity, and supporting families during transitions. It aims to cultivate children’s well-being, playfulness, communication and literacy skills, and social responsibility. By focusing on these holistic goals, the Flight Curriculum provides a strong foundation for early childhood learning and care.
EMERGENT
Emergent curriculum is child-initiated, process-based, and designed to build intrinsic motivation and instill a lifelong love of learning. Our educators make daily observations of the children’s interests and use these to guide planning, activities, and projects. Learning is made visible through documentation, which is shared with parents to keep them informed about their child’s development and progress. The program promotes critical thinking skills, creativity, and independence.
Montessori
Montessori curriculum focuses on hands-on learning and the development of independence and self-motivation. Our curriculum incorporates Montessori activities such as practical life skills, sensory exploration, and math and language materials to promote the development of critical thinking skills and self-confidence.
Preschool
Our Little Einstein Curriculum offers a balanced, play-based approach that nurtures the whole child by integrating language and literacy, mathematics, science, creativity, physical development, and social-emotional growth into daily learning experiences. Children engage in storytelling, phonics, early writing, counting, problem-solving, hands-on experiments, nature exploration, open-ended art, music and movement, and cooperative play that builds confidence and empathy. Through structured routines like daily calendar time and guided circle discussions, children strengthen memory, sequencing, independence, and communication skills. Each experience is intentionally designed to spark curiosity, encourage critical thinking, and prepare children with the foundational skills, resilience, and love of learning needed for a successful transition to kindergarten and beyond.
