We are in the final days of 2018 and I’m so excited to see what 2019 has in store. Naturally at this time of year many of us are thinking of setting goals for the new year and improving ourselves. Most of us are chasing those big goals of getting healthier, saving more money or improving our self care. This year I’m breaking down those giant daunting goals into more manageable habits: go for a walk each day, read 15 minutes before bed or try to do yoga 3 times a week. These smaller more achievable goals will help me achieve those bigger goals in 2019.
