Family First Night at Mount Seymour
Mount Seymour’s family New Year’s Eve celebration has it all. The festivities start at 5:00pm and include tubing, tobogganing, a fire spinning show, a comedy act, s’mores and hot apples cider. Ring in 2013 at 9:00pm with an early countdown including noisemakers, sparklers and fireworks. Spectator passes (which include shows and s’mores) are $10. Tubing passes are $25. Tobogganing passes are $15.

The Christmas Train is still open on New Year’s Eve! Enjoy a forest of two million twinkling lights, live performers from the North Pole, carols, cocoa, and popcorn.
New Year’s Eve By The Seaside
The Pinnacle Hotel Restaurant near Lonsdale Quay is hosting two New Year’s Eve dinner seatings, the first at 5:00 pm ($59/person) and the second at 8:30 pm ($79/person). The first seating includes dinner buffet only, and the second seating includes a glass of sparkling wine and party favours.

Take part in this annual dip in the waters of Deep Cove, if you wear a costume you could win a prize. Refreshments, music and fun for the whole family. Judging begins at 1:30pm and the plunge begins at 2:00pm sharp!
