This month we’re talking wellness and fitness, as it’s top of mind for so many of us being the New Year.

Timmie Wanechko is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Nutrition and Weight Loss Specialist (NWL), Fitness Instructor Specialist (FIS), and holds multiple fitness certifications. As the founder of Sassy Wellness (, she is passionate about helping women live their happiest and healthiest lives through her classes, writing, and health coaching. She is also the Director of Modern Mama St. Albert ( and as a busy mompreneur, knows that while fitness and healthy eating can be a challenge with kids, it’s still possible!
