The outdoors are calling you this summer! We all know the warm and sunny months are limited here in Calgary so, you need to take advantage of them any chance you get. Let’s not have another summer break of being glued to our screens and get outside and take in what nature has to offer. STS Summer Camps offer incredible programming that allows your kids to truly soak in every second of summer. Let’s dive into what they have going on this year.
About STS Summer Camps
STS Summer Camps has an expansive 202 acre property just outside of Calgary, Alberta. They offer a wide variety of camp options I haven’t seen before. A handful of examples being Film Making Workshop Camp, Comic City Camp, Lemonade Stand Challenge, Golf Camp, Pokemon Code Masters, and SO much more.
Their property has a large pond that is perfect for canoeing and kayaking as well as 10 kms of trails for biking and taking scenic hikes. STS has also just opened their new Athletic Park where track and field, soccer, and flag football camps will be held. Many of their camps are created and led by Strathcona-Tweedsmuir School faculty – so amazing teachers not just camp counsellors. STS Summer Camps not only cater to younger children but teens as well because they deserve a fun and challenging camp too!

Summer Camp Programming
You can find a breakdown of camps into their respective categories. I’m completely blown away by how many unique camps they have to choose from. They have truly exceeded my expectations and wish I could attend myself! They include a variety of these classes in each weeks camps. So, you won’t be hearing anyone coming home saying they were bored.
