Friday, July 4 – The Boom Booms
The Boom Booms are a musical force, an East Van brotherhood, a Canadian indie soul band that lays down a energizing, organic groove that rattles around in your bones while beaming feel good messages into your head. We dare you not to dance.

Planning ahead? Register your littles in music classes for September!
Harmonious Music Studio
When my son was 6 months old we started him in music classes and now that he’s nearly 4, there is no doubt that music will be a big part of his life for years to come. This studio in the Dunbar area comes highly recommended and are now accepting September registrations.
Check out Harmonious Music Studio and their Music for Young Children (MYC) program. It is a parent-participation program in a small group setting (3-6 students in a class). They meet once a week for an hour and we do a variety of musical activities – keyboard, creative movement, rhythm, ear -training, sight reading, music theory and composition. For more information, visit their website. Photo courtesy of their website.
Have a great weekend mama!
