In the series, Rosie offers her expertise to guide soon-to-be parents through the trials and tribulations of pregnancy. Pope released her first book, “Mommy IQ: The Complete Guide to Pregnancy,” a step-by-step pregnancy guide that offers Rosie’s personal advice through her experiences as well as research and information from the most renowned and elite experts in the paediatric space.

Suburban! We live near New York City.

James (6), Wellington (3), Vivienne (2), Bridget (8 months).
Tell me about your typical weekday.
It begins with all the kids, breakfast and school drop offs and then I rush into the city for work. My work is so diverse from designing to education to media and filming so everyday is different and there is a lot of running around New York City. I come home to do dinner and bedtime and then back to work at my second office (the kitchen table).
Do you have help?
Yes – our babysitter! We also are so fortunate to have grandparents that are really involved so when I travel the kids get to have so much fun with them.
Who cooks dinner?
Either I do or my husband. He is definitely better. I am really good at mixing cocktails and making the table look amazing!
How often do you buy something for just you?
I like to buy myself really good Prosecco. Life is a celebration and it’s way less expensive than champagne so I don’t feel guilty!
Do you exercise regularly and if so, what and how do you fit it in?
I try to run a few times a week – I hurl myself out the front door and run. My kids are also really into dodgeball in the yard so we get family exercise on the weekend!
