As December is here the pressure is on to find the perfect gifts for your children and family members. My children are ages 7 and 4 so, they have very different interests in toys as you can imagine. So, I am here today to share with you some of my must-have gifts for this holiday season!

My favourite holiday tradition that my family does is a potluck dinner at my parents house.
It’s time to start new traditions now that I have 2 little nieces. I like to do something Christmassy with them (Stanley park train, lights, etc). I also spend the night at their place Christmas Eve, cuddle, watch a movie and have hot cocoa! Thanks for the chance at putting a smile on the littlest one’s face!

We have so many Christmas traditions it’s so hard to pick a favorite! Picking out a real tree and decorating it while listening to Christmas music is probably at the top of the list.
My favourite tradition is setting up our Christmas tree as a family followed closely by the Christmas play we go to each year to kicknof the season.
We love going out to see the neighbourhood lights.

one favourite tradition we have is going to the Christmas parade and then coming home for hot chocolate and homemade cookies while watching a holiday movie!
Hmm… My family potluck is the only thing left of our traditions. The kids have grown and people have passed away. Sad times.
My favourite holiday tradition my family does is collecting Christmas ornaments for our tree from all the places we visit. We travel a lot, and do a lot of “experiences” so whenever we do, we take the time to find a relevant special ornament for our tree. I love finding the perfect one (not always easy!), and I love when we bring our ornaments out each year to decorate because it brings back so many great memories. We have lots of fun reminiscing as we decorate.
My favourite tradition is going to the Stanley Park Christmas Train!
