Well hello snow! While it is “too early” for snow we can still make the most of it and have a wonderful weekend! There is lots to do indoors and out and if a specific event isn’t your thing, check out one of the many indoor play places in Edmonton (and area).

Weehelp Pop-Up Tot Show

The Weehelp Foundation is organizing another Pop-Up Tot Show with 100% of proceeds going to the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation, and this year there will be women’s clothing as well as children’s items.

When: October 14 to 16 | 10 am to 3 pm
Where: 14215 Stony Plain Rd
Cost: No admission cost, however donations are accepted at the door

Farmers’ Market

Farmers’ Markets are a great way to get out of the house and get some shopping done! Find a full list of Farmers’ Markets in Edmonton and area here. **Be sure to check availability before heading out, select markets have closed early for the season due to the weather.

Cineplex Family Favorites

Did you know that every Saturday there is a “Family Favorites” movie showing at various Cineplex Theatres; this week features An American Tail.

Haunted Pumpkin Festival

Celebrate the season with the Haunted Pumpkin Festival, there will be activities for the whole family!

Edmonton Corn Maze

The Edmonton Corn Maze is now open for the season, and it is a great place to have fun getting lost with the whole family!

When: Now through the fall

We’ve Out Grown it Sale

The Edmonton Twin and Triplet Club is putting on their semi annual Out Grown it Sale.

When: October 15 | 10 am to 12 pm (MEMBERS ONLY) & 12 pm to 3 pm (General Public)

Edmonton Public Library

Every week the Edmonton Public Library offers a variety of activities suitable for the whole family at each branch; you can find what is happening near you here.

Pajama Jam Storytime

Throw on your PJs and head to your closest Indigo/Chapters store to enjoy an out of this world story and activity!

John Walter Museum

Venture back in time with a visit to the John Walter Museum; enjoy a guided tour of the home that started it all as well as hand on activities.

When: October 16 | 1 to 4 pm
