Well hello September (how did that happen?!), with many kids heading back to school and the cooler days it is really starting to feel like fall! Don’t fret though with the changing season there comes many exciting fall activities and events that you and your family won’t want to miss. Here is what’s happening this weekend:

Symphony in the City

ATB Financial, the City of Edmonton and the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra are excited to bring back the incredibly successful ATB Symphony in the City; featuring classic Disney songs performed by the ESO. Find the details here.

Kites Over Callingwood

The 24th Annual Kites Over Callingwood returns again this year to delight audiences young and old, you can build and fly a kite among other activities!

Canada’s Biggest Pajama Party

Head down to the Zoo in your Pj’s and celebrate Canada’s Biggest Pajama Party! There will be prizes and activities happening as well.

Cineplex Family Favorites

Did you know that every Saturday there is a “Family Favorites” movie showing at various Cineplex Theatres; this week features Labyrnth.

Party in Alexandra Park

Join the City of Leduc in saying goodbye to Summer with a Party in Alexandra Park! There will be live entertainment, activities for the whole family, spray park, toonie swim, Pokemon Safari Walk, Food Trucks and more!

Outdoor Movie

The Terwillegar Community League invites you to enjoy the last movie in their outdoor series: The Little Prince. Remember to arrive early and bring a chair and/or blankets as the movie is taking place outside.

Harvest Fair

Multi-Cultural Children’s Fashion Show

The North Edmonton Business Association invites your little ones to participate in their Multi-Cultural Fashion Show! Children aged 4-12 are asked to wear traditional clothing for the fashion show and there will be three cash prizes for the winners.

Sweet Corn Fest
