I know what you are thinking.  Break?  What break?  I was woken up early, have to take one kid to the dentist, another to swimming, and get home and finish the laundry and start dinner.  Phew, who has time for a break?

 

Well as hectic as some days get, the truth is us moms do like to get out and get a little break time in.  Usually, with little ones, the breaks include play dates, or visiting a park or open venue of some sort.  Time with the girlfriends suddenly revolves around where to go with the kids that is family-friendly and not too quiet.

 

The truth is, there are lots of options to get a good, fun, break in, with kids.

Vancouver is filled with fun bakery/cafes, and wouldn’t you know it, there are places you can go with a girlfriend to catch up, get some girl time in, that your kids will love as well.
