The Arden Theatre’s 2016/2017 performance schedule is ramping up and the first show in the Noisy Theatre Family Series is going to be a great one! Andrea House presents Hugo, The Scaredy-Cat Caterpillar on Tuesday October 4.
The performance is about Hugo, a caterpillar who likes everything just so. He must have his chair by the fireplace, his meals at the same time, and his bed covers folded the same way. How will the finicky insect cope when Mother Nature warns him that he’s changing and things will never be the same? In this Noisy Theatre performance perfect for babies and tots, Andrea House weaves puppetry, music, and storytelling together into a heartwarming and interactive tale that reminds us all that change CAN be a good thing.
What is the Noisy Theatre?
Noisy Theatre is a daytime performance at the Arden Theatre designed specifically for young children and their caregivers. The lights don’t get turned down all the way, participation and dancing are encouraged and it’s ok if you have to leave the theatre to deal with a meltdown or run to the potty! Noisy Theatre is all about having fun and introducing young children to the world performing arts in a comfortable setting.

- Who: Recommended for ages 5 and under and their caregivers. This is a great opportunity for grandparents to join in too!
