Self-Care September: Arts and Crafts in the Fraser Valley

**This is not a sponsored post**

Our Experience

One of our favourite things to do as a family when our schedule gets too hectic and we need a time out is to go painting at Clay Cottage in Abbotsford. The ceramic studio provides over 100 options of things to paint from kitchen supplies to seasonal décor. My favourite being the seasonal decorations. They provide all the non-toxic paints and painting supplies. I like that it gives us an excuse not to pick up our phones and focus on the project in our hands. You can spend as much time needed working on your project. Once completed the staff fire the ceramic piece and you can pick it up again in about a week. All the pieces are dishwasher and microwave safe.
