Hello November and everything you have to offer! Fall is officially back but Winter is definitely trying its hardest to make an early appearance. Spruce Park Ranch County Store – Country Christmas Event

Celebrate the opening of Spruce Park Ranch new expansion and shop for all things Christmas.

Edmonton Rocky Mountain Food & Wine Festival

Returning to the Shaw Conference Centre for its 15th year, The Edmonton Rocky Mountain Food & Wine Festival is the largest and most exciting wine and food event in Alberta. Sample wine, scotch, import beer and premium spirits along with gourmet food from local restaurants.

When: Friday November 4 5:00pm-10:00pm – Saturday November 5 12:00pm-4:00pm/6:00pm-10:00pm

Where: Shaw Conference Centre, Edmonton

Cost: Prices vary between $23-37

Stony Plain Public Library

Stony Plain Public Library has so many cool activities going on through the afternoon and evening this Friday. From Story time to Kids Yoga to Minecraft Club to Nerf Night. Check out their website for more details.

Family Matinee – Booming Tree Taiko

Booming Tree Taiko are a Japanese drum group from Edmonton. Head to the Horizon Stage and let the group take you on a journey through  music, into a world of fantasy and fable.

When: November 5 & 6 ~ 3:00pm Showtime / 1:00pm 4+Years Preshow crafts and activities

Curated Holiday Market YEG

80 handmade artisans and vintage curators, showcasing Jewellery, Clothing, Home Décor and Furniture will be in attendance at Curated Holiday Market YEG. Get a head start on your Christmas shopping and enjoy the very best of handmade items in Edmonton.

When: Saturday November 5 5:00pm-9:00pm – Sunday November 6 10:00am-4:00pm

Where: Prince of Wales Armouries Heritage Centre, Edmonton

Cost: $12 for Saturday Preview evening (ticket only event) $4 door admission Sunday

Guy Fawkes

Try something a little British and celebrate Guy Fawkes evening at the Edmonton Scottish Society in  partnership with the Alberta St George of England  Society. Stand and warm around a Traditional Bonfire and watch the spectacular Firework display later in the evening.

When: Saturday 5th November – Gates open at 6:00pm

Where: Edmonton Scottish Society

Cost: $10-$15 per vehicle

Corks & Kegs with Parkland Food Bank

Corks and Kegs is a wine and beer tasting fundraiser and silent auction event sponsored by Liquor on McLeod & Save on Foods. Guests will sample wines, beers and liquors along with appetizers and desserts from local vendors. All proceeds will go to Parkland Food Bank

When: Saturday November 5 ~ 7:00pm-10:30pm

Where: Elks Hall, Spruce Grove

Cost: $40.00 per ticket
