Hey Mamas! Back to school is right around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than to review and give away some cool kids labels and products that we’ve come across…..let us introduce you to Stuck on You!
With a preschooler who constantly misplaces her lunchbox, clothing, shoes, etc., I was excited when Stuck on You got in touch about testing out their kids label products. They make vibrant, modern-looking name, clothing and shoe labels, personalized lunchboxes, lunch bags, and a whole lot more in a rainbow of fun colours. From their extensive online catalogue, I chose one of their personalized lunchboxes, one of their personalized aprons for kids, and a package of iron on clothing labels for each of them. With so much useful-looking stuff on their website, and an online product builder that lets you view your finished product before ordering, it was difficult to narrow down my selections!
Let’s start with the lunchbox for my littlest lady. Obviously cute as a button with the pink cupcake image and her name printed boldly on the front. But after endless frustration with other fabric lunchboxes that eventually get DISGUSTING (and for some reason never seem to be machine washable), I was pleasantly surprised to find the inside of this one made of a water repellent lining that is actually easy to wipe clean. No more interior seams fulls of crumbs and gunk that I can never clean out properly!
The personalized apron was definitely a hit with our preschooler who can sort-of read her own name at this point and loves to help out in the kitchen. I picked the same pink cupcake design for the apron, as there is some fierce rivalry going on between sisters in our house and I knew sticking with the same design would avoid unnecessary jealousy!
Now for the basic clothing labels. I had been considering clothing labels for a long time, but I kept putting it off because I was worried I would spend the time ironing them onto my kids’ clothes just to have them fall off in the wash. To really test these ones out with minimal effort, I ironed on about 20 labels to my girls’ dirty clothes (all cotton) and then ran them through a few wash cycles over a couple of days. I was relieved to find all of the labels still intact and well adhered to the fabric. Success!
All in all, Stuck on You seems to have an extensive product line of high-quality, functional labeling products, all available online for shipping to your front door with a click of a mouse….what more could a busy mama ask for?
Now, who wants to win a $25 voucher to purchase anything you want through the Stuck on You website? We’re giving away four of these $25 vouchers to some lucky local mamas….enter through Rafflecopter below. Contest ends at 11:59 pm on Thursday, September 5th.
