The Freewill Shakespeare Festival

The Freewill Shakespeare Festival presents As You Like It and Coriolanus in Edmonton’s river valley;

When: June 23rd to July 19th
Where: Heritage Amphitheatre, Hawrelak Park, Edmonton
Cost: General $30 | Students $20 | Festival Pass $50 | Children under 10 are FREE

Edmonton International Street Performers Festival

Artists from around the world come to Edmonton to perform in the street for a one-of-a-kind, Street Performers Festival.

When: July 3rd to 12th
Where: Sir Winston Churchill Square
Cost: Free to attend, however donations are appreciated 

Taste of Edmonton

The Taste of Edmonton is a summer tradition that celebrates the local food scene; from food trucks to restaurants and café’s showing off their best dishes.

When: July 16th to 25th

Cost: 40 tickets for $50 |20 tickets for $25 |10 tickets for $12.50 |5 tickets for $6.25 **Note: most dishes cost between 2 and 4 tickets.

K-days

K-days is a classic Edmonton festival that offers live music; rides; fair food; games; shopping and so much more.

Interstellar Rodeo

Interstellar Rodeo is a music festival that aims to “shine the spotlight on musical mavericks, those who blaze trails and shatter boundaries”.

Blueberry Bluegrass & Country Music Society Festival

The Blueberry Bluegrass & Country Music Society Festival is Canada’s largest bluegrass festival!

Rock’n August

Rock’n August is a series of events (including a pancake breakfast; fundraising BBQ & show and shine) that sets out to raise funds and awareness for the Alberta Diabetes Foundation.

The Edmonton Folk Music Festival sets out to provide the best folk music from around the world.
