Some of you may have noticed that I have been pretty quiet the past couple of weeks. Between packing up to move ( two more weeks!) And my hubby working out of town Monday- Friday things have been crazy around here.

I don't know about you but these past two months h

I don't know about you but these past two months have flown by! So, I figured it was time for an update on my @trusculpt_cutera treatment from @yeginjectionist

Since getting my treatment I have ensured to drink a minimum of 3 liters of water a day and continued on with my workout and healthy eating routine. At 6 weeks I also had a lymphatic massage to help with drainage. You will typically start seeing results around the 8 week mark and your full results at 12 weeks!

You can see things are definitely more toned at least that I something I have definitely noticed! Looking forward to comparing my before and after photos to see my complete results!

The Telus World of Science is also going under a massive renovation to bring us so many interactive exhibits that I can't wait to visit

This past year has been a roller coaster for all of us. When we locked down back in March 2020 I decided to take that time to work on myself...mainly my weight. With life slowing down I was able to cook healthier and drink the water my body desperately needed. In 3 months I lost 30lbs and managed to keep it off!

With the kids back in school I joined a gym hoping to tone up and get stronger. But we all know how hard it's been with them closing and reopening. While I'm close to my ideal weight I struggle with weight clinging to my stomach. Sometimes eating healthy and exercising just isn't enough and we need some extra help
