Top 5 for the Weekend

Once summer comes, everyone in Toronto hits the streets. That’s one of the things I really love about this city. It makes the most of the great weather and people get out and enjoy themselves. Don’t get me wrong, winter has its positive qualities too, but there’s nothing quite like having the warm sun on your skin and the freshness in the air that is summmer.

Battle of Crysler Farm July 13, 2013
Immerse your little ones in a bit of history and take them down to the re-enactment of the 1813 The Battle of Crysler Farm.

Taste of Thailand July 13-14, 2013
A personal favorite of mine is the love of Thailand. Come enjoy food sampling, fruit carving demonstrations, Muay Thai Boxing and much much more available here in Toronto.

With so many fun things to do this weekend, I’ll have trouble deciding what to do and what to forego. Whatever you decide, have a great time, keep safe, and make certain to bring water and sunscreen for yourself and your little ones.
