Alberta Open Farm Days
Farms across Alberta open their doors so that “we” can take a look at what they do and where our food comes from, there are various locations opening across Alberta and among them are Northlands and Prairie Gardens.
Activities at Northlands include: a mini animal farm, dummy roping, face painting, demonstrations, urban farm tours, workshops, rural farm tours and farm to plate dining. Costs vary with the majority of activities being free or low cost. Event date is August 21.
Activities at Prairie Gardens Adventure Farm include petting farm, complimentary kids corn maze admission, u-pick vegetables, train rides, gem mining and more! Admission is FREE on August 21 to celebrate, however there is a small fee for activities.

Sherwood Ford Car Show – Race Day
