Scare on the Square
Scare on the Square invites you to dress in costume and have a spooky good time this Halloween! There will be activities for the whole family: Check out Ron Pearson’s mind-blowing illusions and his Headless Terror above TIX on the Square. See your favourite local acts transform into international superstars: Billie Zizi as Amy Winehouse, The Almighty Turtlenecks as Wings, and Lucas Chaisson as Elvis. Carve a jack-o-lantern with the help of the Sculptors’ Association of Alberta, explore mazes, go trick-or-treating at the City Market, take in a story on a wagon ride… and discover so much more!

Mini Monster Bash
The Mini Monster Bash is a family friendly event for children 8 years old and younger; there will be activities, inflatables, crafts and more!

The aMAZEing Maze for YESS
The northeast corner of City Hall will be transformed into a giant cardboard box maze, there will also be facepainting and balloon artists on site! Note: this event is for children aged 5 to 12 years old and groups of 10-25 children will be allowed to enter at one time.
