-
Calm & Rest (Amethyst): Mamas need and deserve to rest. Amethyst is thought to be a natural stress reliever, which calms the mind and neutralizes negative energy, helping you to relax and fall asleep more easily — even after those 3AM wake-ups.

Harmony & Love (Rose Quartz): Known as the gemstone of unconditional love, Rose Quartz carries a gentle, loving energy that promotes harmony and compassion, making it an ideal gift for a mama who has always been a source of love and support.

Resilience & Balanda (Aquamarine): Aquamarine is known for helping fight stress, calming the mind and also for restoring strength and balance to daily life.
Each MAMASTE bracelet also includes two Moonstones — the mother of all gemstones — as a reminder of the Divine Light that all mamas share. It encourages us to stay rooted in the present moment and to appreciate all the phases of motherhood, accepting all its joys and challenges.
