This past year has been a roller coaster for all o This past year has been a roller coaster for all of us. When we locked down back in March 2020 I decided to take that time to work on myself...mainly my weight. With life slowing down I was able to cook healthier and drink the water my body desperately needed. In 3 months I lost 30lbs and managed to keep it off! . . With the kids back in school I joined a gym hoping to tone up and get stronger. But we all know how hard it's been with them closing and reopening. While I'm close to my ideal weight I struggle with weight clinging to my stomach. Sometimes eating healthy and exercising just isn't enough and we need some extra help . . . Because of this I turned to @yycinjectionist and @yeginjectionist and their @trusculpt_cutera service! This treatment destroys on average 24% of your fat cells with a painless 15 minute radio frequency treatment! This is me immediately after and I was able to go back to my regular routine.
