A Modern Mama Tip
If you feel like you want to have smoothies for breakfast, but feel rushed in the mornings, here is a Modern Mama tip for you to keep in mind. Freeze the ingredients (minus the liquids and yogurt) in a Ziploc and store. In the morning, just pour the bag out in the blender, add the liquid suggested in the recipe and blend. This saves a lot of time and thinking in the morning.
