There are lots of animals to look at and goats and pigs to feed.  The seasonal trats are always a big hit. They are so creative and yummy!

Review: My husband and I were given the opportunity to check out the sunflower patch and cidery at Taves this August for their Sip and Stroll event.
The sunflowers were towering over us in the patch, there were lots of great photo opportunities.  The patch is smaller then some of the others, but it was nice and quiet with beautiful flowers in a ray of colors.  Check out their website for sip and stroll event nights (Thurs to Sun).

Bring a picnic and park yourself on one of many picnic tables. August Hours: Open Tuesday – Saturday 9-5:30 Closed Sunday and Monday No dogs on the farm please, parking lot only.

Review: We always make a stop to check out Willowview every year.  We always have to get our annual picture in the big red chair!  This year the petting zoo is not open and there are no hay rides due to covid.  They do have some goats out in the field to feed though.  We picked apples and plums in the orchard and used them for Thanksgiving pies.  Getting an apple cider slushie is a tradition for us, and they never disappoint.   There was less to do there this year, but we still had fun for an hour and I always love checking out the goodies in the store.
