Halloween Themed Events

With Halloween just around the corner here is a list of Halloween themed events!

Mini Monster Mash
Where: Heritage Park Pavilion (Stony Plain)
When: Saturday October 26th, 10-2 pm

Free, family friendly event (tailored to children 8 and under). Families are asked to bring a donation for the Parkland Food Bank.

 

Galaxyland’s Halloween Trick or Treat Festival
Where: West Edmonton Mall (Galaxyland)
When: October 19-20 & 26-27th

 

Kids Play at Kingsway
Where: Kingsway Mall
When: Wednesday October 30th, 9-11 am

Decorate some Halloween bags and learn about creepy crawlers with our friends from the Telus World of Science! As always, story time will be a treat with the morning hosts from UP 99.3 and we will play some fun little games to get our wiggles out! Feel free to dress up! Haunted Pumpkin Festival
Where: Prairie Gardens Adventure Farm
When: October 19-20 & 26-27

 

Spooktacular
Where: Fort Edmonton Park
When: October 26th & 27th, 6 – 10 pm

Don your costume and join us for a night of fun and fright for all ages! This heritage Halloween adventure will be full of haunted houses, fortune tellers, trick or treating, storytellers, street performers, kids crafts, bonfires and much more. Regular admission: $20 per person (kids under 2 get in for free) (From fortedmontonpark.ca)

 

Fortune Tellers Halloween
Where: Muttart Conservatory
When: Sunday October 20th, 12 – 4 pm

What may your future hold? At the Muttart, your fortune is told! Get dressed up in your Halloween costume and join the Muttart Conservatory for a fun filled Halloween afternoon. We’ll have crafts, games and even fortune tellers to predict your future. Make sure to hunt down all the good fortune items around the facility and your future will have candy! This event is perfect for young families looking for a less frightful and more fun Halloween celebration. (From City of Edmonton website)

 

Boo at the Zoo
Where: Edmonton Valley Zoo
When: Sunday October 27th, 11 – 4 pm

Boo at the Zoo offers a wide array of exciting and unique Halloween activities that are fun for the whole family. Wear a costume and bring your trick-or-treat bag because you never know what awaits you on the Spooky Treat Stop Scavenger Hunt or the Pumpkin Patch Prize Hunt. If you are feeling brave, you are invited to walk through the Extinct Animal Graveyard or into the Spooky Witch Den! (From City of Edmonton Website)
