Nature Connects Lego Exhibit at the Edmonton Valley Zoo

This summer, you’re invited on an inspirational and moving journey at Nature Connects® presented by Canadian Tire at the Edmonton Valley Zoo!

This award-winning exhibition of art made with LEGO® pieces displays the work of acclaimed artist Sean Kenney, whose enormous, ambitious, gravity-defying, and astoundingly precise structures will delight the whole family. At times whimsical, gripping, and awe-inspiring, the exhibition is sure to be an unforgettable experience!

“Nature Connects” will be on display from now until September 4, 2022.

The Nature Connects Exhibit is a 13-piece art installation made up of approximately 800,000 Lego bricks. The award-winning sculptures vary in size and pieces from the smallest being made of 12,000 blocks and the largest exceeding 100,000 pieces.

The new addition features various sculptures of creatures and animals which come with their own informational displays providing visitors with a brief biography of the wildlife, it’s endangerment status and information regarding how many pieces and working hours went into construction.
