This is western Canada’s largest celebration for literacy and reading! Enjoy large crowds of book lovers and explore new books while maybe even chatting with the authors. There will be activities and performances too so make sure to keep up to date to see what is going on!

Cosmic Nights with H.R. MacMillan Space Centre

This event is a great way to spend a fun night with your partner. It is important for you to bond and have fun so why not do that over drinks and some space! They will have special exhibits happening to celebrate the end of the 20 year long Cassini mission to Saturn. Make sure you snag tickets to this event early as they do sell out fast!

If you have little ones that love to color this event is going to be an incredible experience. You can Colour your way through nature on a giant mural that showcases ecosystems from BC and around the world. This interactive colouring wall will be a sight to see and you need to get involved before it’s complete and bring the whole family. A great way to explore art and learn about our local ecosystem!
Unbelievable with Museum of Vancouver

If you have older curious kids who want to get to know some of the more unbelievable things behind Vancouver’s history. In a world of alternate facts this exhibit is a great way to look anew at many of these iconic objects stories. Open until September 24th this is a must see.

This amazing spectacle will only be around till September 23rd so you need to make sure you take your family for this 25 minute FREE show. Displaying the migration of our pacific salmon across the entire Cambie Street Bridge – it is definitely a sight to see.
