La Boîte à Surprises is a francophone, non-profit, catholic playschool that offers classes to children ages 3 and 4. Our philosophy of ‘learn through play’ allows the child to discover their capabilities, to participate in activities, to cooperate with others, and to develop their attention and concentration. Crafts for creativity, fine motor skills, and confidence building allow the child to express their ideas and helps to prepare them for reading and writing. Monthly themed activities awaken their curiosity and their sense of observation while engaging their five senses. Reading every day to the children helps them gain a love of books and enriches their vocabulary while stimulating their imagination. Visit our open house on March 3rd, 2016, at 7pm!
