With Winter just about over it’s time to make the Best of this season and get out and enjoy the cold. Yes, I said enjoy the cold. In many parts of the world people aren’t blessed to have a Maple Harvest. This is one activity I am truly looking forward to making a tradition in our family. When the sun shines and the wind is calm, I can take all the snow Mother Nature throws at me. I hope you can see beyond the freezing days and hiked up gas and electric bills and make the most of what this wonderful country has to offer…Winter!
