Baby or toddler keeping you up all night?
If you missed out on attending our Infant Sleep Breakfast Workshop last week, then you’ll definitely want to enter this giveaway from our newest Perks Partner, Leslie Black of A Kiss Goodnight sleep consulting!
Leslie is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. She has lived in North Vancouver since age 7 and continues to reside here with her husband, Jason, and two young children, Will and Charlie, along with their energetic companion, Sully the Boxer! Leslie has been a family counselor for 7 years, specializing in parenting. After successfully using the Sleep Sense Program to teach her boys how to be great sleepers, and working with countless tired parents who wondered how to get their children to sleep, Leslie decided to become a certified Sleep Sense Consultant.
The Sleep Sense™ Method, created in 2003 by Dana Obleman, has already helped thousands of parents teach their children healthy sleep habits. This method was created out of a strong belief that healthy sleep habits make for healthy children. A well-rested child is curious, energetic, happy, playful, and eager to learn. It was Leslie’s strong belief in this system that inspired her to become a professional sleep consultant and create her company, A Kiss Goodnight.
We’re thrilled to welcome A Kiss Goodnight as a Modern Mama Perks Partner, which will give all of our members 15% off her services and a special price of only $250 for her mini-package sleep consultation (which includes a 30-minute telephone consultation, customized sleep plan, and one week of follow-up support). Need sleep. Haven’t slept through the night in 2yrs…zzzzzz
I need a sleep consultant because my baby wakes up 5-8 times every night. Both parents are walking zombies. Mom & Dad are hoping for a full night of sleep one day soon…
My daughter is nine months old and still wakes up every hour and a half. A baby her age should be getting about 15 hours of sleep in a 24 hour period, she gets on average 8 (TOTAL)! Most of those 8 hours are in 15-20 minute bursts. I am exhausted, and due to go back to work in three months. I don’t know how I will survive. My sanity is already questionable, adding in a work schedule could just push me over the edge.
Please pick us.
My baby boy isn’t born yet, but something tells me a healthy sleep strategy from the get go will be a proactive parenting move! So I’m told…
We are having sleep troubles with our 8month old who slept really well until
5 months and something has changed! Help!
Something needs to change because no one in our house is happy anymore. Instead of enjoying our time together, I resent it because I am so irritable and have less patience from lack of sleep. And don’t get me started on how this is affecting my marriage……
So sorry to hear you’re all having such a rough time with lack of sleep (not unlike my own house at the moment). We’ll be announcing the winner shortly…and crossing our fingers that you’ll all have a bit more luck in the sleep department very soon 🙂
Thank you to everyone who entered the contest. It sounds like many of you are having a really tough time and could use some sleep. I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation if you’d like to hear more about how I can help you get your little one sleeping through the night (11-12 hours). The mini-consultation being offered is a great value and will get you on your way to that sleep you and your baby need. You can call me at 604.984.0116 or email leslie@akissgoodnight.ca.
