We are all in the middle of practicing physical distancing, and while this time is very challenging for everyone right now, it is especially difficult for small businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy and we need to support them however we can, so every week we will be featuring some small businesses.
What is Unique About Your Business or What Made You Choose This Type of Business?
Beauty might be in the eye of the beholder; however, at Urban Brows we work towards making you flawless, presentable, and much more than anything, our impeccable services bring out the new you for all to admire and love. Offered at both comparable and compatible prices, a luxurious experience – you know you deserve pampering!
What is Your Favourite Small Business (aside from your own)?
Volume Salons – Edmonton.
If You Had One Piece of Advice to Someone Just Starting Out, What Would it Be?
If I could give one piece of advice, I would say it would be good to get your business online as soon as possible. Regular online engagement makes a small business appear approachable and well connected with its client.
What Are Your Long-Term Business Goals?
Urban Brow’s mission is to have a good, well priced brow shaping, and lashes in Edmonton. We want to be able to have our customers come in and want to come back every other week or opportunity they get. We are also looking forward to starting our newsletter to stay connected with our clients, and be Edmonton’s go-to place for any beauty service.
What is Your Funniest/Weirdest/Most Memorable Experience With a Customer or Client?
I was having a conversation with one on my clients and a random old lady comes into the salon and says, very seriously, “Can I poop?”
If you want to visit Urban Brows, you can go to one of their two locations! You can visit them at Urban Brows Millwoods TC or you can visit them at Urban Brows Bonnie Doon.
Thank you, Urban Brows, for participating in Small Business Sunday!
