If You Had One Piece of Advice to Someone Just Starting Out, What Would it Be?
If I could give one piece of advice, I would say it would be good to get your business online as soon as possible. Regular online engagement makes a small business appear approachable and well connected with its client. Also, an online invoice generator is a huge help to both small and large businesses to streamline their workload.
What Are Your Long-Term Business Goals?
Urban Brow’s mission is to have a good, well priced brow shaping, and lashes in Edmonton. We want to be able to have our customers come in and want to come back every other week or opportunity they get. We are also looking forward to starting our newsletter to stay connected with our clients, and be Edmonton’s go-to place for any beauty service.
What is Your Funniest/Weirdest/Most Memorable Experience With a Customer or Client?
I was having a conversation with one on my clients and a random old lady comes into the salon and says, very seriously, “Can I poop?”
