Bacon Themed Dinner Party Menu Ideas

I love a good theme party and Summer is a great time to get together with friends and family. Deciding what to bring to get-togethers can be stressful. Having an overall theme can make it easier to decide. Annually I have friends who throw a bacon party. It is a pretty serious affaire in the sense that guests do some serious planning and test meals months in advance before deciding on the perfect dish to bring. People can bring dessert, appetizers or entrée option. The only rule is that the bacon needs to be cooked. All food is served buffet style for guests to try with little place cards to advise what each dish is. Throughout the evening guests vote on their favourite and winner takes home a bottle of Tequila.

Beer + Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip from Kitchen Fun With My Three Sons

My mouth waters just thinking of it. You could serve this in a bread bowl or with veggies, thick crackers, or sourdough bread. After frying or baking the bacon, the prep is just mixing all the ingredients together. It is easier with a electric mixer.

  • Cream Cheese
  • Beer
  • Ranch Dressing Mix
  • Bacon
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Sour Cream
