How Does She Do It?…with Athenas Angulo

We are very excited to introduce you to Athenas Angulo. She is the marketing guru and blogger. She also has a new business called Presidio Co which will be launching in a couple of weeks. She is a wife and mother of two raising her family in the South Surrey/ White Rock area of BC.

Tell us about your children?

I have an almost 3-year-old and a 5-year-old. 

Tell us about your typical weekday?

I wake up at 5 am and go for a run, do my meditation and start working by 6 am while my husband takes care of the kids. At 8 am I take the kids to the school/daycare and I head to the office. Around 1:30 pm I  will leave the office to go and pick up my daughter and come back to my home to work from 3-4 pm. Around 4 pm I  pick up Matias from the daycare, come back to feed the kids, and do bath time. After that, I will work for another 2 hours on my full-time work and 30 min-1 hours on my business.

Do you have help?

I have full-time daycare for Matias Monday to Friday but that’s all!

Who cooks dinner?

Me!

How often do you buy something just for you?

Once a month 🙂

Do you exercise regularly and if so, what and how do you fit it in?

I try to do it regularly, but, it depends on the weather or how tired I am.

What clothing lines or stores do you like to buy for your children?

I love deux par deux and Zara kids!
