My kids are always asking for snacks. Like, constantly. Five minutes after dinner my youngest will tell me she is hungry.

I learned that my girls don’t like to take those for lunches anyway (they get warm by lunch time) so I started buying the tubs for at home. We make smoothies, parfaits and just a bowl of plain yogurt for snacks.
