I am very excited to be working with two other amazing local moms to be able to bring you a 1 hour online FREE workshop on Mindfulness. I have been focusing a lot personally and professionally on self-care, mindfulness and mental health. It is something that is near and dear to my heart. Mental health has affected myself and my family and friends in more ways than one. With a lack of resources through the BC medical system, I have been trying to think outside the box and tap into other affordable (free) resources, and share them with you.
Please join me along with Jennie Abbot of Harmony Kids Yoga and Mindfulness and Kathryn Jacobsen RTC CHt a Registered Theraputic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist with KGJ Counselling and Wellness to have a live Q&A along with sharing some tips and advice on how the whole family can practice mindfulness and help reduce stress and stay connected.
This workshop is open to anyone and everyone! It is free and online and accessible to the public – regardless of your location. We really hope to have you join us.
